You will need to put aside time each week to read the new content and complete the tasks given. I recommend that you buy yourself a new journal specifically for this journey.
Journaling using pen and paper is recommended as it offers several advantages over using a computer:

Writing by hand stimulates neural activity in the brain associated with memory retention and cognitive processing.
It engages multiple senses and motor skills, leading to deeper processing of thoughts and emotions compared to typing on a keyboard.

When journaling with pen and paper, there are minimal distractions compared to using a computer, where notifications, emails, or other apps can interrupt the writing process.
This allows for a more focused and uninterrupted reflection.

As part of my commitment to your journey, we'll have a 60-minute one-on-one video call every fortnight. This dedicated time allows us to deepen our understanding of your journal entries and offer additional support along the way.

You will be sent a monthly meditation to support the subconscious reprogramming process. This will be sent in an email however can be downloaded to your phone and can be listened to as often as needed throughout this process. It recommended to use headphones to enhance the effects!
