talk therapy

Talk therapy offers a space to be fully seen and heard — sometimes for the first time. My approach blends the warmth and safety of person-centred therapy with the depth of Jungian psychology and the wisdom of spiritual teachings. Together, we gently uncover limiting beliefs, generational trauma, and the shadow aspects you’ve been carrying — not to fix you, but to bring them into the light with compassion. It’s a space not just for processing, but for remembering who you truly are beneath the noise.

bodywork

Our bodies hold everything our minds can’t process — every emotion, heartbreak, moment of stress or fear leaves an imprint. Through bodywork, we gently connect with these stored emotions, allowing them to be felt and released. Without this release, we often find ourselves stuck in the same emotional loops, repeating patterns that no longer serve us. Bodywork offers a way to break that cycle — to create safety in the nervous system and return to a sense of wholeness from the inside out.

energy healing

Energy healing works with the subtle layers of your being — the part of you that feels drained, heavy, or off, even when everything looks fine on the surface. Without good energetic hygiene, we can absorb the emotions, beliefs, and energy of others, leaving us tired, foggy, or stuck. But when we learn to clear and care for our energy, we begin to tap into something much bigger — an infinite source of creativity, intuition, and life force that’s always been there, just waiting beneath the layers.
